Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also cover return shipping costs if the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

You can expect to receive your refund within four weeks of returning your package. In many cases, refunds are processed faster. This timeline includes:

• 5 to 10 business days for the return to reach us,
• 3 to 5 business days for us to process your return, and
• 5 to 10 business days for your bank to process the refund.

To initiate a return, log in to your account, go to the "Complete Orders" section under My Account, and click Return Item(s). We will notify you via email once your refund is processed.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address worldwide. However, some products may have shipping restrictions, and certain items may not be eligible for international shipping.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates based on item availability and your chosen shipping method. Estimated shipping dates may be provided during checkout, depending on the selected carrier.

Shipping Timeline:

• Dispatch Time: Orders typically take 4-6 business days for dispatch.
• Delivery Time: Estimated 5-6 business days, depending on location.

Important Notice:

1. To ensure a smooth resolution for any issues, kindly record a video while unboxing your package. This is required to process claims for missing or damaged items.
2. Every product you receive is thoughtfully SAGED (Cleansed) and ENERGISED (Charged) to deliver its utmost potential to you.

Please also note that shipping rates for many items are weight-based, and all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound in accordance with carrier policies.
